Kettlewell Guest House is situated in Chelmsley Wood, Birmingham, just a five minute drive from the National Exhibition Centre (NEC), Birmingham Airport, Birmingham International Train Station, M42 and M6.

We are also just a five minute walk from Chelmsley Wood town centre shopping precinct which offers a variety of shops.

Located nearby you will find a variety of restaurants, take-aways and public houses. We are just a few minutes drive from North Solihull Sports Centre which offers a variety of activities including swimming, gymnasium, aerobics, badminton and much more. There is plenty of public transport on the doorstep if you don’t drive which will take you into Birmingham City Centre or Solihull Town Centre.

We currently have five rooms, three singles and two twin with one being en-suite. There are also two bathrooms. Each room has heating, a colour TV (with DVD Player) for your personal viewing and tea and coffee making facilities. Guests have full use of the comfortable and spacious living/dining room where you will find tea and coffee making facilities, a colour TV and video player etc. Wireless Internet is also available throughout the guest house.

All prices are per night based on full occupancy with a cold breakfast. A cooked breakfast is available on request at a extra cost.

A no smoking policy applies throughout all bedrooms but smoking is allowed in the living/dining room.
